My Stuff — Jontavo

Alpha software. My Stuff is in active development. It is stable enough for daily use but may have rough edges between versions. We do not take responsibility for any data loss. Back up your data regularly.

My Stuff

Alpha

Your brain, but organised. Runs on your machine.

Get your stuff together.

Between meetings to write up, tasks that keep multiplying, deadlines that sneak up, and notes scattered across five different apps — solo work gets messy fast. My Stuff is what we built to keep our own heads above water. One place for everything, cross-linked so nothing falls through the cracks. No team features, no cloud sync, no accounts. Just you and your projects.

My Stuff is a personal planner, not a project management tool. It is built for the individual juggling multiple projects and personal tasks at once — keeping track of your own threads, not coordinating a team.

Features

Projects

Everything lives inside a project. Create as many as you need — each one gets its own isolated set of all resources. Switch between projects from the dock or the project launcher.

Wiki

A full rich-text wiki with nested pages. Write with the block-based editor and cross-link anything — tasks, meetings, deadlines, topics, people — via inline @mention chips that navigate on click.

Meetings

Log meeting notes with a date, attendees, and free-form rich text. Meetings are grouped into Upcoming / Today / Past sections.

Tasks

A task board with three states: Daily (recurring), Active, and Inactive. View as a kanban board or a resizable list/detail split panel.

Topics

Discussion spaces for ideas and decisions. Each topic has a rich-text description and a Threads section for back-and-forth conversation. Topics accumulate back-links automatically.

Actors

A lightweight contact list — people, teams, or external services relevant to a project. Actors can be mentioned inline and linked from tasks or meeting notes.

Reminders

Time-based reminders with a message and trigger date/time. Set them from any editor via the /reminder slash command or from the Reminders section.

Deadlines

Hard dates that matter. Each deadline has urgency indicators — Overdue / Today / Soon / Comfortable. A References panel lists every place it appears in the project.

Storage Choice

Pick between JSON files (human-readable, easy to back up) or a SQLite database (faster for large datasets). Switch at any time from Settings.

Confluence & Jira

Paste a Confluence page URL or Jira issue URL into any note and it resolves into a live preview card. Requires a personal API token in Settings → Integrations.
